The wonderfully mad English chilli sauce illusionist ChilliPepper Pete has done it again – this time he has created a hot sauce to commemorate the end of the world – so that we recommend that it is best used before time runs out!
This is Mexican inspired and it uses yucatan habaneros, lime, herbs and garlic for flavour which are combined with delicious smoked Naga Jolokia chillies to create a sauce with an armageddon-like heat.
We think it is deliciously fruity and fresh tasting, this is a sauce that could go on anything.
